I doubt there is any chance of pregnancy. Though Mifepristone is not a contraceptive, since there has been instrumentation of the uterus it is likely to negate any chance of conception. Even then she can get a usg done after 6 weeks of her last periods. That should effectively clear any doubt.

Such a small polyp won’t cause any problem in digestion. It will stay forever . The only pointer is usg should be done once in a year so as to compare and see the growth of polyp ( if any )
